Whether interacting with the front desk check-in employee or my doctor's nurse or Dr Hardin himself, I would highly recommend Autumn Road Family Clinic. My issues were dealt with quickly and thoroughly. This team puts their patients first. I’m grateful for the team at Autumn Road Family Clinic.

I had a health concern this morning (Friday) and called to book an appointment. The scheduler said Doc Hardin was booked up for a week or more, but suggested I speak to his nurse. Left a message and she called me back a bit later. After a few questions about my concern, they were able to squeeze me in today. Doc was very methodical and thoughtful in his examination and was able to help me find a relief solution before we go into the weekend. I always feel listened to and valued as a patient. Highly recommend!

First meeting with Dr Hardin after retirement of my longtime PCP. Friendly, thorough, professional and caring. Appears to have a support team that shares his qualities and actually cares. A follow-up response to a question I asked through the portal came within a few minutes. Amazing!!!! I’m looking forward to a long relationship with this team.

Dr. Daniel Hardin is an outstanding primary care physician. He is incredibly easy to talk to and has a way of making you feel comfortable and heard from the moment he walks into the room. He takes the time to truly listen, explains things clearly without rushing, and connects on a genuine, human level that’s rare in healthcare. I never feel dismissed or overwhelmed—just supported and understood. Dr. Hardin makes primary care feel personal again, and I’m grateful to have him as my PCP.

I saw Dr Hardin for my yearly blood draw and check up. His office is always friendly and upbeat. It's handy to have the lab in his office instead of having to go off site. He genuinely listens to me and addresses any questions I have. Definitely recommend! A+
